If you’re trying to connect a personal Instagram account and manage Pages in Business Manager, your Instagram account will be switched to a professional account. Your professional account will remain public and you will have access to new features.
Below are the steps to connect your facebook page to the instagram account:
1. From News Feed, click the Pages in the left menu.
2. Go to your page and click page setting in the left bottom.
3. Click on Instagram in the left column, and then click on connect account.
4. Toggle allow access of your instagram message in inbox on or off. When it’s on, it gives people managing your Page access to view and reply to Instagram messages.
5. Then, click on confirm button.
6. Using your username and password login your account.
7. Click on connect account. After that, click Confirm. If you’re connecting a personal Instagram account to a managed Page in Business Manager, convert your Instagram account to a professional account:
• Click on your Business or Creator account.
• Then click on Okay button.
